Reading a spray label

A good label is a quiet one: clear, specific and easy to read. Use these five checks on BreathiZen's bottle or any other.

1. Serving size

How many pumps count as one serving.

2. Servings per container

How long a bottle should last.

3. The blend

Look for whether amounts are listed per ingredient or as one blend.

4. Other ingredients

Water, flavors and preservatives are listed here.

5. Directions and storage

Follow them, and ask a doctor if you take medication.
