1. Find your order confirmation email.
2. Contact the seller inside the 60-day period, using the details on the confirmation or the bottle label.
3. Give your order number and the email used.
4. Follow the return instructions you receive. The brand page says empty bottles are accepted.
5. Keep records until the refund appears.
